Senior Digital Trading Executive

£32,000–£36,000
Greater Manchester - Hybrid (3 days in office)

The Role

You will own day-to-day in-season trading performance across a major retail brand estate, driving sales growth, margin and sell-through. A role with real commercial clout and a clear path into management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own in-season digital trading performance across sell-through, availability and weeks of cover
  • Optimise site navigation and merchandising to improve conversion and customer experience
  • Execute the digital trade plan including campaigns, promotions and launches
  • Drive sales growth through stock, range and clearance management
  • Identify risks and opportunities in-season and act quickly
  • Analyse performance and use insight to inform future trading decisions
  • Coach junior team members and contribute to a strong team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ digital trading experience
  • Strong track record in site merchandising, sell-through and stock management
  • Campaign and promotion planning with a data-led approach
  • Bloomreach, Magento or Pimberly experience desirable; BI tools advantageous
  • A team player who communicates clearly, adapts quickly and brings good energy
