Trading Support Operator
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Trading Support Operator based in United Kingdom.
You will join a global, customer-facing support function responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of real-time trading and data-driven sports betting products.
The role sits at the intersection of customer support, operations, and product performance, requiring a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You will act as a key liaison between sportsbook clients and internal operational teams, helping to resolve complex product and trading-related issues.
The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and centered on precision, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
You will handle live operational queries, investigate product behavior, and ensure issues are resolved or escalated efficiently.
This position offers exposure to esports and sports betting markets, making it ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, data-oriented environments.
Accountabilities
- Act as the primary contact for sportsbook clients regarding product behavior, trading data, and operational queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Investigate customer-reported issues, operational alerts, and system anomalies by gathering, validating, and analyzing relevant information.
- Escalate complex incidents to internal technical or trading teams while ensuring proper tracking and follow-up.
- Monitor, log, and document operational issues, contributing to issue resolution workflows and service improvement initiatives.
- Support product enhancements by sharing customer feedback, identifying recurring defects, and contributing to knowledge base updates.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to improve service quality, product reliability, and customer experience.

Requirements
- Prior experience in customer support, operations, trading support, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and interpret complex issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with collaborative and operational tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, or Microsoft Teams.
- Strong interest in esports, sports betting, trading environments, or data-driven digital products.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, workflows, and technical concepts while working shifts or weekends if required.
