About the Role

What’s the Job?
A great team requires a great leader. In this role, you will:
- Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, overseeing end-to-end stock management, range changes, and promotions.
- Conduct regular commercial reviews, analysing sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Inspire and support colleagues to build deep product knowledge, ensuring meaningful customer interactions that leave a lasting impression.
