๐ŸŽ๏ธ We're Hiring | Traffic Coordinator (12-Month Maternity Cover) ๐ŸŽ๏ธ ๐Ÿ“ Battersea, London | Hybrid (3 days in the office)

From partnership strategy and creative campaigns to PR, digital, social, hospitality and live events, we deliver fully integrated sports marketing programmes that connect brands with fans across the globe. With offices in London and the US, we work with leading organisations across Formula 1, motorsport and the wider world of sport.

We're looking for an organised, proactive Traffic Coordinator to join our Creative team on a 12-month maternity cover.

As the central point of contact for all creative and design projects, you'll ensure our studio runs smoothlyโ€”managing resources, coordinating designers and freelancers, balancing workloads, and helping deliver exceptional creative work for some of the biggest names in global sport.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the day-to-day workflow of our creative studio
  • Scheduling designers and freelance resource across multiple projects
  • Creating project timelines and balancing team capacity
  • Tracking budgets, quotes and team utilisation
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Helping deliver outstanding creative work on time and on budget

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3+ years' experience in studio or creative traffic management
  • Experience working alongside designers and creative teams
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment where priorities can change quickly
