🚦Traffic Management Operatives Wanted! 🚦
Due to continued growth and the successful award of new contracts across the South and Southwest, SCTM is seeking dedicated and professional Traffic Management Operatives to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive family run company that values its employees, invests in their development, and plays a vital role in keeping our roads and communities safe.
What You'll Bring We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate
- A strong commitment to health and safety
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and emergency call-outs when required
- A professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- A full UK manual driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience
- M1/2 essential, M5 preferred

- Starting from £150 per shift (£39,000 per year, basic)
