General Working Hours

  • 40–48 hours per week
  • Shifts typically occur during the day, but evening, night, weekend, and working away may be required, particularly during peak seasons.
  • Subject to on-call rota if you have access to a company van.

Our work spans nationwide, involving consulting, planning, design, and collaboration with suppliers and customers. We use innovation and technology to enhance safety and reduce our carbon footprint while making the job challenging yet rewarding.


Your Role: Low-Speed Traffic Management Operative

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Conduct Traffic Counts – Gather essential data and communicate with clients/subcontractors.
  • Maintain Temporary Traffic Lights – Ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.
  • Deploy Traffic Management Solutions – Install, maintain, and remove equipment, including:
    • Cones
    • Signs
    • Frames
    • Sandbags
    • Other essential temporary equipment.
  • Mentor New Trainees – Share knowledge and guide team members.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Minimum M1/M2. (SLG Unit 2 will be considered.)
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations.
  • Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have been expired for at least 5 years.
  • Drug & Alcohol Test: Contingent upon passing results.
  • Attitude: Positive, “can-do” mindset.
  • Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, nights, and away when required.
