General Working Hours
- 40–48 hours per week
- Shifts typically occur during the day, but evening, night, weekend, and working away may be required, particularly during peak seasons.
- Subject to on-call rota if you have access to a company van.

Your Role: Low-Speed Traffic Management Operative
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Conduct Traffic Counts – Gather essential data and communicate with clients/subcontractors.
- Maintain Temporary Traffic Lights – Ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.
- Deploy Traffic Management Solutions – Install, maintain, and remove equipment, including:
- Cones
- Signs
- Frames
- Sandbags
- Other essential temporary equipment.
- Mentor New Trainees – Share knowledge and guide team members.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Qualifications: Minimum M1/M2. (SLG Unit 2 will be considered.)
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations.
- Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have been expired for at least 5 years.
- Drug & Alcohol Test: Contingent upon passing results.
- Attitude: Positive, “can-do” mindset.
- Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, nights, and away when required.

- Electric attendance at Traffic Management L2 training.
