We’re looking for multiple experienced Traffic Management Operatives to join our teams across Shropshire, Staffordshire and Hampshire.
Job Requirements:
- Previous traffic management experience and qualifications is desirable.
- A full UK driving licence is required as the role includes driving one of our commercial vehicles.
- Flexibility on work patterns is necessary due to the nature of our industry. You will be required to work a combination of days, nights and weekend shifts.
Job Details:
- Employment Type: Self-employed basis
- Start Date: Immediate start dates available
- Work Rota: Varying shifts, Overtime, Weekend working available
- Equipment Provided: All equipment (including company vehicle) and PPE provided
- Vehicle Use: Business use of commercial vehicle, for use between home and work address
- Training: Full industry accredited training provided
- Career Progression: Opportunity to progress to supervisor roles.

Licence / Ticket Requirements:
- Full Clean UK Driving License (deal breaker)
- LANTRA NHSS M1/M2 Qualification (deal breaker)
- LANTRA NHSS M5 Qualification (desirable)
Work Location: Multiple positions are available in the Shropshire, Staffordshire and Hampshire area. May also be required to work away when required.
