Guaranteed 48 HPW plus OT opportunities, must be flexible to work weekends!

Day shifts are typical, but flexibility is key — you'll need to be open to evenings, nights, weekends, working away during peak periods, and joining the on-call rota, especially if you have access to a company van.
If you hold your M1/M2 Lantra qualifications or above, we would love to talk with you.

About Us
Chevron, part of Ramudden Global UK, ensures road workers and users stay safe during roadworks by setting up temporary road closures, diversion routes, and pedestrian walkways. We handle everything from cones and signage to traffic lights and barriers. Our work is visible nationwide.

What We Are Looking For
As a Traffic Management Operative, the following requirements are essential!
- Qualifications: M1 M2, M3 M4 M5 M6, SLG Unit 2 will be considered
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations.
- Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago.
- Testing: Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results).
- Attitude: Positive, 'can-do' mindset.
- Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Able to work weekends, nights and work away, if and when required.
- Mentor New Trainees: Share your knowledge and guide new team members as they learn the ropes.
- Traffic Management Training: Subject to signing a training agreement. T&Cs apply.
