General working hours: 40–48 hours/week Occasional evenings, nights, weekends, and peak season travel required, including on-call shifts (if van-access is available).

About Us
Chevron Traffic Management ensures road worker and public safety during construction by managing:
- Temporary road closures & diversions
- Pedestrian walkways
- Traffic lights, barriers, and signage
- Hazard reduction and congestion mitigation
We combine consultation, innovation, and technology to enhance safety while reducing carbon footprints. Whether directing traffic, managing high-speed schemes, or collaborating with contractors—our team makes it safe, seamless, and successful.
Your Role: 12d Traffic Management Operative
As a core team member, you’ll:
- Conduct traffic counts: Critical data collection for clients/subcontractors.
- Maintain temporary traffic lights: Ensuring 24/7 functionality and signage integrity.
- Deploy TMS solutions: Install, maintain, and remove equipment—including:
- Cones & signs
- Frames & sandbags
- Electronic warning signs
- Mentor trainees: Share expertise and uphold team standards.

Testing & Attitude
- Drug & alcohol test (offer conditional on passing).

Training in traffic management is subject to signing a commission agreement.
