About This Role
You will be operating close to moving traffic, where strict safety procedures must always be followed. This is a physically demanding role that requires:
- Full concentration and awareness at all times
- Strong teamwork

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work as part of a team to:
- Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management solutions
- Set up cones, road signs, barriers, and safety equipment
- Ensure roadworkers and the public remain safe at all times
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and control teams
- Progress towards your fully funded 12D qualifications*

We don’t require prior Traffic Management experience—we’re looking for the right mindset.
Trainee Traffic Management Operative – Requirements
✅ Essential:
- Full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points)
- Willingness to work nights, shifting schedules, and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship required)
- Strong physical fitness to meet the job’s demands
