Job title: Traffic Manager (6 month FTC)
Location: Isle of Man OR Leeds
Overview of the role:
Content and Creative Services is a multidisciplinary global department delivering campaigns and content for a wide range of outputs. With teams based in London, Leeds and Bulgaria, we produce everything from large format printed event branding and merchandise to TV, motion and digital media.
With increasing volume and complexity of work, we need a highly organised and proactive Traffic Manager, who can ensure our pipeline is managed efficiently, correctly triaged and distributed to the correct team(s). This role is perfect for someone who thrives on planning, stakeholder management, and working at the heart of a creative engine room.
You’ll be a champion of workflow tools and process governance, helping us scale efficiently while supporting creativity and craft. In addition, you will take on key campaign project management responsibilities, supporting the end-to-end planning and delivery across multiple channels, ensuring alignment between creative, production and studio.
As a central point of contact for incoming work, you’ll be instrumental in managing the daily flow of creative briefs, ensuring briefing is complete and all details clear before assigning to the correct teams.
Working closely with the Creative Project Manager, Creative Services Manager and Creative Management Teams, you will govern the day-to-day workflows, monitor SLAs, and liaise with designers, project leads, and channel teams to keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll bring structure, visibility, and calm to a fast-paced and growing creative environment.
What you’ll do:
- Govern day-to-day use of our inflow via Jira and oversee work requests across all specialisms
- Accurately triage incoming briefs, define scope and requirements, and clarify project priority and ownership
- Collaborate with our Creative Services Manager, Project Mangers, Team Leads, and stakeholders to schedule jobs effectively and maintain visibility of resource
- Take ownership of certain briefs, ensuring deliverables are clearly mapped, tracked and timing plans adhered to
- Ensure a smooth handover between the different teams involved in each project
- Proactively track all upcoming, live and pending work, ensuring jobs meet deadlines or are appropriately flagged and rescheduled
- Act as first-line support for triage queries, project delays, or prioritisation conflicts
- Run daily and weekly stand-ups and reporting sessions with team leads to ensure team alignment and clarity
- Maintain status documentation, project trackers, campaign roadmaps and reporting dashboards
- Support onboarding of workflow improvements, automation, and reporting practices
- Contribute to debriefs, identifying opportunities for process and performance improvement
- Raise resourcing gaps, bottlenecks, or workflow inefficiencies with the Management Team, proposing potential solutions
- Provide occasional admin and operational support for the wider team as needed

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
