This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible, casual work with opportunities to work on different sites depending on availability and location.
Role Overview
As a Traffic Marshal, you will play a key role in maintaining the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians around worksites and public areas. You will act as a visible point of contact, helping to reduce risk, support site operations, and ensure safety standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Safely manage and direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic around sites, roadworks, and public areas Set up, maintain, and remove traffic management equipment (cones, barriers, signage) in line with site instructions Follow all health and safety procedures, including site-specific rules and the Highway Code Communicate clearly with drivers, site teams, and members of the public Report hazards, incidents, or concerns promptly to the site supervisor Assist with emergency procedures when required Represent CSP Ltd professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Traffic Marshal or similar role is desirable but not essential Strong awareness of health and safety Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Good communication and people skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Willing to travel to different sites where required
