Traffic Marshal – High Wycombe
Role Overview
We are working with a client seeking an experienced Traffic Marshal to join a residential project in High Wycombe.
The candidate must hold:
- A CSCS card
- A valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket
The site offers:
- On-site parking
- Local shops and cafes in close proximity
Key Responsibilities
- Guiding HGV vehicles safely onto and off-site
- Ensuring compliance with road safety regulations by all drivers and staff
- Managing traffic routes and optimising flow at site entrances/exits

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Operating hours:** 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Daily rate: Paid for 9.5 hours
Essential Requirements
✅ Must wear:
- Full PPE:
- Steel toe-cap boots
- Hi-vis jacket
- Hard hat

- A reference demonstrating previous experience in a similar role.
