Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Marshall
Location: Airdrie, North Lanarkshire
Rate: GBP20.33 per hour (CIS)
Schedule: Sunday to Sunday rotation (Shift pattern involves weekend work)
Duration: 1 week
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Traffic Marshall to manage vehicle movements on a busy construction site in Airdrie.
The Role
- Safely direct and navigate site traffic, deliveries, and plant machinery.
- Ensure the safety of pedestrians, site workers, and the general public near site entrances.
- Maintain clear and accurate logs of site deliveries and visitors.
- Work closely with the site management team to maintain strict health and safety standards.

Requirements
- Qualifications: A valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic/Vehicle Marshall ticket is essential.
- Experience: Proven experience working on busy civil engineering or construction sites.
- PPE: Full PPE required (Hard hat, hi-vis vest/trousers, steel toe boots).
- Reliability: Excellent timekeeping and communication skills, with the flexibility to work the required Sunday shifts.
