Burns Express Recruitment

Burns Express are looking to recruit an additional team member for our busy Pallet-Network operations team.

Duties include:

  • Providing excellent service to our customers, politely handling all telephone calls and communicating effectively via email.
  • Efficient data entry for all customer bookings and effectively handling quotes for all UK shipments.
  • Handling customer queries within a timely manner and developing strong relationships with our large customer base.
  • Communicating with our delivery depots within the UK Pallet-Network and liaising with our delivery drivers for any delivery issues.
