Traffic Planner/Administrator - Glasgow

Position: Permanent, Full time

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.00am-5.30pm

A position has become available to join our team at Stan Robinson;

The Traffic Planner/Administrator will work closely with and develop a good working relationship with the existing transport team and drivers. You will be responsible for the accurate and cost-effective planning of delivery and collection vehicles. Inputting of customer consignments and assisting in the day-to-day activities of the depot

Responsibilities of position:

  • Planning and routing geographical areas within your direct responsibility
  • Input of customer consignments
  • Customer service relations
  • Allocation of driver paperwork
  • Accurate documentation management
  • De-briefing drivers and processing paperwork including delivery/collection notes
  • Ensure health and safety and quality process compliance
