Trailer Builders

Head Office, Bolton, BL6 6HG

High Level Spec

  • Pay rate commensurate with skill level.
  • 250 hours holiday per year (equivalent to 32 days over 5 days) including Bank Holidays.
  • Basic hours: 6.30am – 4.30pm Monday-Thursday (38 hours per week)
  • Additional hours on Fridays as required (paid at overtime rate).

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Build various Independence trailers and sub-assemblies to a high standard.
  • Assemble trailers, parts, components in a safe manner with the use of hand/power tools.
  • Ensure all trailers adhere to quality and technical specifications.
  • Be trained to operate lifting equipment.
  • Ensure production requirements are met.
  • Ensure all finished trailers are inspected by Quality Control before leaving the production area.
  • Inform Assembly Supervisor/Materials Handlers of any stock requirements.
  • Keep work area tidy and operate within Health & Safety regulations at all times.
