About the Role & Salary

We’re seeking a Train Aesthetics and Presentation Manager to own the contract for train presentation suppliers across our fleet, ensuring Class 345 fleet cleanliness and aesthetics align with customer and operational standards.

See your focus areas:

  • Client-Facing

    • Build relationships with train operators/stakeholders to align needs and delivery
    • Customer-first mindset for traveler experience
    • Sustainability strategy partnership
    • Single point of contact for train presentation/customer issues
  • Collaboration

    • Lead audits with customers & suppliers to maintain excellence
    • Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Projects (Quality, Fleet, EHS)
  • Performance & Culture

    • Draft monthly contract reviews
    • Coach defect reporting & feedback loops on monitoring and improvement reports
    • Co-develop Customer Experience (CX) strategies
    • Manage cleaning providers using KPIs

Key Responsibilities ✔ Lead contractor oversight (daily performance backing; KPI-management) ✔ Monthly contract reviews & reviews to streamline performance ✔ Interactive training:

  • Conduct audits to uphold standards
  • Enhance customer/supplier feedback and reporting processes ✔ Stakeholder liaison:
  • Facilitate alignment with operational/engineering teams
  • Build customer confidence via consistent engagement & response structure ✔ Cultural influence:
  • Shape service quality perception through teamwork

Required IT skills:
