About the Role & Salary

We’re seeking a Train Aesthetics and Presentation Manager to own the contract for train presentation suppliers across our fleet, ensuring Class 345 fleet cleanliness and aesthetics align with customer and operational standards.

Client-Facing
- Build relationships with train operators/stakeholders to align needs and delivery
- Customer-first mindset for traveler experience
- Sustainability strategy partnership
- Single point of contact for train presentation/customer issues

Collaboration
- Lead audits with customers & suppliers to maintain excellence
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Projects (Quality, Fleet, EHS)

Performance & Culture
- Draft monthly contract reviews
- Coach defect reporting & feedback loops on monitoring and improvement reports
- Co-develop Customer Experience (CX) strategies
- Manage cleaning providers using KPIs

Key Responsibilities ✔ Lead contractor oversight (daily performance backing; KPI-management) ✔ Monthly contract reviews & reviews to streamline performance ✔ Interactive training:
- Conduct audits to uphold standards
- Enhance customer/supplier feedback and reporting processes ✔ Stakeholder liaison:
- Facilitate alignment with operational/engineering teams
- Build customer confidence via consistent engagement & response structure ✔ Cultural influence:
- Shape service quality perception through teamwork

- Relational aptitude: Administrative skill in high-contact (customer/contractor/team settings)

Required IT skills:
- Proficient in office packages—email, databases, system documentation
