Trainee IT Support Engineer
📍 Hybrid (50/50 office & home)
💰 £25,000 – £28,000 + bonus
HartleyCo is partnering with a growing IT services business looking to hire a Trainee IT Support Engineer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who wants to start a career in IT. You don’t need deep technical experience — full training and certifications will be provided.
You’ll join a supportive team where you’ll be trusted from day one, helping users resolve IT issues and learning the foundations of technical support.

What you'll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries
- Helping users with basic issues across Windows, Microsoft 365 and email
- Logging and managing support tickets
- Supporting account access and system navigation
- Escalating more complex issues to senior engineers
What we’re looking for
- Strong customer service or helpdesk experience
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- A genuine interest in technology
- Someone proactive, organised and eager to learn
