Turn your passion for 3D printing into a career.

Do you already own a 3D printer? Are you the person friends come to when something needs fixing? Do you enjoy solving problems and learning new technology?

If so, we'd love to hear from you.

3D Prima is one of Europe's leading distributors of 3D printers, filaments, and accessories. We work with some of the biggest names in the industry and support thousands of customers across the UK and Europe.

We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for 3D printing who wants to build a long-term career in technical customer support and printer servicing.

No two days are the same, and you'll receive full on-the-job training as your knowledge develops.

What you'll be doing:

You'll become part of our technical support team, helping customers get the very best from their machines.

Your day could include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries by email, telephone, live chat, and support tickets
  • Diagnosing technical faults on a wide range of 3D printers
  • Repairing and servicing printers ready for return to customers
  • Assisting customers with print quality, slicing, and setup issues
  • Supporting customers during showroom visits and trade exhibitions
  • Learning new printer technologies, software, and products as they are released
  • Helping other departments when required during busy periods

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
