About the Role
Grafton Banks Finance is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Accountant/Accounts Semi Senior who has practice experience, and who is currently looking to expand their skills and progress into more of an accounts focused position. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in year-end accounts, bookkeeping, VAT returns, and general tax computations, and who is now ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Skills & Experience
- Preparation of year-end accounts for a mixed portfolio of clients
- Bookkeeping up to trial balance
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Self-Assessment tax return
- Bank reconciliations and ledger management
- Experience using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
