We're a growing digital agency delivering data-driven solutions across media, strategy, and creative. With a team of 50+ specialists, we help organisations solve complex challenges through insight, innovation, and collaboration.
We're now looking for a Trainee Account Executive to join our team and build the foundations of a successful client services career.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting project delivery and day-to-day account management activities
- Conducting market, industry, and competitor research
- Assisting with reports, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Working with performance data to identify trends and insights
- Collaborating with experienced colleagues across multiple disciplines
- Participating in structured training and development programmes

What We're Looking For
- First-class university degree
- 3 A-Levels at grade A (or equivalent)
- GCSE English and Mathematics at grade A (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Full right to work in the UK
