Entry-Level Account Executive
£27,000 - £30,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

No previous sales or account management experience is required – we're far more interested in your personality, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

What does an Account Executive do?
Unlike the stereotypical image of hard-selling, this role is all about people.
You'll be responsible for building and developing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they're getting the best possible experience. You'll become a trusted point of contact, helping businesses solve problems and achieve their goals.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Understanding customer needs and objectives
- Managing and growing client accounts
- Acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
- Identifying opportunities to add value for customers
- Learning the fundamentals of account management and business development
