Trainee Account Executive

£30,000 Base Salary | £60,000 OTE | 3% Commission on Closed Deals

Interested in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences, but looking for a commercial career rather than a scientific one?

We're looking for ambitious, driven graduates and early-career professionals to join our sales team as a Trainee Account Executive. This is an opportunity to learn from experienced sales professionals, build relationships with senior stakeholders across the healthcare sector, and develop into a successful Account Executive within 12-18 months.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage potential clients across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors
  • Build relationships with decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities and book meetings for the commercial team
  • Work closely with senior sales colleagues on target accounts and campaigns
  • Develop market knowledge and commercial understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Manage activity accurately within the CRM and maintain a strong pipeline
