- Base salary: £26,000 (yielding a £26k OTE in Year 1)

Role Responsibilities
- Develop a deeper understanding of the company’s offerings and their position in the marketplace
- Assist Senior Account Managers in upselling and cross-selling to larger accounts
- Handle lower-value accounts independently, driving sales
- Develop proactive sales strategies, including direct prospecting via LinkedIn, emails, and strategic outreach
- Understand customer needs and articulate the right solutions
- After 9–12 months, independently manage face-to-face client meetings, taking full responsibility for business relationships

Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent qualification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Self-motivated, with ambition and determination to succeed
- Eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
