Trainee Account Manager – Cybersecurity

Location: Leeds | Base Salary: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £30,000+)

No prior account management experience is required. If you’re confident, personable, and eager to learn, we’ll provide full training.


The Role

This role centres on managing and growing client relationships while supporting new business efforts. It’s ideal for those who excel in working with people and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Support client onboarding to ensure seamless experiences
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and new service introductions
  • Communicate proactively with clients to understand their evolving needs
  • Contribute to revenue targets while upholding the highest service standards
