We're business advisors and accountants, with over 30 years of experience we've honed our skills and developed our service offering to deliver a much wider range of bespoke support and advice to ambitious business owners and their businesses.

Due to significant growth in the client base, our Steyning office has an opportunity for a full time Trainee Auditor to join the audit team.

Joining the team as an apprentice, you'll work towards a formal accountancy qualification and start your journey towards a fulfilling and rewarding career. • conducting audits as part of a wider team, ensuring appropriate and sufficient documentation is obtained to support the audit opinion
  • accounts preparation
  • prepare analysis of accounting data from clients' books and records
  • involvement in the planning, execution and finalisation of the audit assignment supporting the audit manager

  • travel to local and national clients on a regular basis

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
