The Role
As a Trainee Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for helping to generate new business opportunities and supporting the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying potential business opportunities
- Building relationships with prospective clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Booking meetings for senior sales professionals
- Learning how to qualify prospects and identify business needs
- Developing confidence in consultative sales conversations
- Working closely with experienced sales leaders and mentors
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
