Job Title: Trainee Branch Coordinator

Location: The Meadows, Camberley

Brand: Stirling Ackroyd

Salary: £26,500 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and occasional Saturday work (day in lieu or overtime).

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

To provide a remote administrative support system to the branch network working closely with the branch teams and the different departments at head office to ensure compliance and accuracy. To also assist with the maintenance and running of head office.

Duties will include:

  • Monitor Sales and Lettings hub inboxes and Reapit tasks, sending all required communications and documentation.
  • Manage property onboarding, including agency agreements, AML/ID and ownership checks, compliance documentation, and instruction setup.
  • Arrange and manage photography, floorplans, EPCs, property boards, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain accurate property records in Reapit, ensuring data quality, compliance, and marketing readiness.
  • Produce property brochures, window cards, sales memorandums, invoices, reports, and other administrative documentation.
  • Manage EPCs, compliance requirements, and board installation/removal processes.
  • Support sales progression by preparing memorandums and exchange documentation.
  • Produce portal activity and market share reports and assist with marketing administration.
  • Monitor featured properties, marketing approvals, and database maintenance, including unsubscribe requests.
  • Provide administrative support to branches and Head Office, including reception duties, post, office supplies, and meeting room management.
  • Promote company standards, support branch communication, and assist with projects and operational improvements.
  • Comply with health and safety requirements and undertake additional duties as required to support the business.
