About the Role

Pay Structure

Training Rate (4-6 weeks)

£13.45 per hour

Rate During Mentoring

  • Monday - Friday: £13.55 per hour (£14.05 after 6pm)
  • Saturday: £14.55 per hour
  • Sunday & Bank Holiday: £15.55 per hour

After Training and Mentoring

  • Monday - Friday: £15.05 per hour (£15.55 after 6pm)
  • Saturday: £16.05 per hour
  • Sunday: £17.05 per hour
  • Bank Holiday: £33.86 per hour

Working Hours

🕒 Rotating shift patterns (5 days off in 7 weeks), planned 6-8 weeks in advance for flexibility.

  • Morning shifts starting 04:00
  • Afternoon shifts starting 12:00
  • Evening shifts starting 18:00

Fixed start times (early, afternoon, evening) cannot be offered separately. Overtime attracts offers based on availability and request.

Requirements

✔ Over 18 years old ✔ Driving experience of at least 6 months ✔ No more than 6 points on your licence ✔ Passes drug and alcohol tests ✔ Strong people and customer service skills ✔ Flexibility to work shifts
