Trainee Bus Driver
£12.71 - £14.45 per hour

Pay Rates
- Trainee Driver – During Training (first 4-6 weeks): £12.71 per hour
- After Training:
- Monday to Saturday: £14.45 per hour
- Sunday: £15.55 per hour
- Bank Holiday: £25.00 per hour after 1 year service
Pay rates reviewed via frequent pay negotiations.

Hours of Work
- 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 6-8 weeks in advance so you can plan around shifts.
- Mornings starting from 05:00, Evenings finish at around 23:45 on a rotational basis.
- Shifts are separated into early, middle, and late shifts with an average of 45 hours per week on the main rota.
- Currently operating 1 in 4 week weekend off.
- We cannot offer fixed early, afternoon or evenings separately.
- Overtime available at request / availability.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Can pass a drug and alcohol test
- Great people and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work shifts
