The Sizewell C Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.
We’re looking for professional, customer-focused individuals to join our team supporting the Sizewell C Project. About the Role
As part of Specialist Passenger Solutions, you will play a vital role in safely and efficiently transporting workers to and from the Sizewell C construction site, ensuring one of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving our buses safely and responsibly, adhering to all road and company guidelines
- Providing a friendly, courteous, and reliable service to passengers
- Maintaining strict scheduling and efficient driving between locations
- Staying flexible with shifts and supporting the team during schedule changes
- Ensuring the vehicle is clean, fuelled, and ready for each journey
- Representing SPS Professionalism with a positive and professional attitude

Qualifications & Requirements
To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
Essential Requirements
- Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 24 months
- Demonstrate strong people skills, being friendly, reliable, and service-oriented
- Be flexible with working early, late, and varying shifts
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of Health & Safety rules and regulations
- Experience in customer service roles
