Trainee Business Development Executive (BDE)

£27,000 – £30,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We're partnering with a leading organisation that is looking to hire ambitious individuals to join their growing team as Trainee Business Development Executives. No previous sales or business development experience is required. The Role

As a Trainee Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in driving new business opportunities and developing relationships with prospective clients. You'll receive comprehensive training and support while learning the fundamentals of sales, business development, client engagement, and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and engaging prospective clients through a variety of outreach methods
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Booking meetings and appointments for senior sales team members
  • Learning consultative sales and business development techniques
  • Developing a strong understanding of the company's products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams to support growth initiatives
  • Achieving and exceeding individual activity and performance targets
