Description:
We are seeking a talented Trainee Client Manager to join our Digital team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This hybrid role (2-3 days per week in the office) will be based in Bristol OR London.

We will count on you to:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, providing consultative support throughout the client journey.
- Define and execute a rolling 12-month strategic client plan to protect and grow revenue, including identifying upsell opportunities.
- Lead operational activities such as quarterly business reviews, client planning, milestone tracking, and coordination with delivery teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Manage client retention and satisfaction targets, ensuring all client-related systems and toolkits are accurately maintained and communicated.
What you need to have:
- Passion for client management and building relationships, with a client-centric approach.
- Effective organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple clients and priorities under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to set clear agendas and manage expectations.
- A proactive, commercial mindset with business and financial acumen.
- Team player attitude, embracing diversity and inclusion, and a willingness to be challenged and coached.
