They are an established independent company operating 38 fully equipped Commercial Tyre fitting vans throughout Essex and Suffolk. They are looking to expand their team within their Basildon depot covering South Essex and East London up to Hertfordshire.
Role & Requirements
The candidate will be hardworking, professional, and dedicated with a positive and flexible attitude to work who is willing to learn a hard trade and reap great rewards.
This role is all about finding a team player with the right attitude to fit within a similar-minded team.
Once trained the candidate will be working both on their own and within a team covering mid-south Essex and into East London.
No prior experience necessary for this role.

Benefits
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-17:30, Saturday 7:00-12:30.
- Starting Salary: £34k - once trained to cover basic truck work competently up to £37,000 (usually within 3-4 months), then up to £42k basic once capable of comfortably covering truck, van, plant, Earthmover, fleet management (usually within 9-12 months).
- Callout Rota: Once trained and capable the candidate will go on the outside hours callout rota worth approx. £10,000 - £15,000 PA.
- Bonuses: Monthly bonus, Overtime on top of Basic and Callout – combined realistically earning an additional £3,000 - £5,000 per annum.
