Are you looking for your first professional role, or thinking about a career change? Sparta Global is seeking motivated individuals to join our Data Analyst Training Programme. You don't need a university degree, previous technical experience, or a background in data. We're looking for people with the right attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for developing new skills.
From your first day, you'll be employed by Sparta Global and paid while you learn. Our industry-leading training programme will equip you with the skills needed to begin a career as a Data Analyst before working on a government project based in Blackpool.
What You'll Be Doing

During Training
- Learn the fundamentals of data analysis
- Develop skills in data interpretation and reporting
- Gain experience with industry-standard tools and technologies
- Build your confidence working with data and business stakeholders
- Receive support from experienced coaches and mentors
Once Deployed
- Work as a Data Analyst on a government project in Blackpool
- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and insights
- Create reports and dashboards to support business decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Support data-driven decision making across the organisation

Location
This role is based in Blackpool, with 4 days per week on-site following completion of training.
