We’re looking for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our friendly, well-established team at Bourne Dental Practice on an fixed-term contract (fixed term contract ends 30th June 2027). This is a great opportunity to build your experience in a busy, supportive practice where teamwork and patient care come first.
About The Practice
We’re a thriving 11-surgery practice with a welcoming, collaborative atmosphere. While you’ll be part of a large team, you’ll typically work closely with two to three clinicians, giving you the chance to build strong working relationships while still enjoying variety in your role.
We take pride in delivering high-quality dentistry and creating a positive experience for every patient. As a long-established practice, we provide NHS, Private and Denplan treatments to patients of all ages, with a strong focus on prevention and education.

Who We’re Looking For
- A motivated Trainee Dental Nurse currently enrolled on an accredited dental nursing course (ideally self-funded).
- If you are not currently registered with a course provider, you will need to arrange and fund your own training pathway.
- Previous chairside experience would be an advantage, along with Hepatitis B immunity.
- A positive team player who is eager to learn and committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care.

Working hours
- Monday: 8.50am - 7:00pm
- Tuesday: 8:50am - 5:30pm
- Wednesday: 2pm - 7:00pm
- Thursday: 8:50am - 5:30pm
