Trainee Dispenser –砖化肪通路 (London Locations)

Hourly rate: £13.12–£15.10 (flat rate across selected locations in London)

Requirements:

  • No previous experience needed – full training provided.
  • Must hold a valid UK right to work (no sponsorship available).

About The Opportunity

As a Trainee Dispenser, you’ll join one of our UK pharmacy stores, working closely with pharmacists and healthcare teams to ensure safe, efficient healthcare services are delivered.

Your role will involve:

  • Completing your Pharmacy Advisor NVQ Level 2 training.
  • Supporting customers by dispensing prescriptions, managing medicines, and offering tailored health advice.
  • Building strong relationships with patients through active listening and support.

This is a store-based position only – remote applications will not be accepted. If you’re based outside the UK, you must confirm eligible UK qualifications are held.


Key Responsibilities

  • Complete NVQ Level 2 training (Pharmacy Advisor qualification).
  • Dispense prescriptions safely, including:
    • Ordering, labelling, and endorsing medicines.
    • Checking prescriptions against Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Work with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to manage pharmacy services.
  • Provide safe, accurate advice on medicines and refer complex queries to senior staff.
  • Keep abreast of new healthcare innovations and operational updates.
  • Help patients manage prescriptions efficiantly, reducing waste and improving adherence.
  • Embrace tech-driven improvements in dispensing processes to free up time for patient interactions.
