Hourly Rate: £13.12–£15.10 (dependent on location)

About The Opportunity
Join our pharmacy team as a Trainee Dispenser at one of our London stores. As a key member of the healthcare team, you’ll support pharmacists and allied professionals to deliver safe, efficient pharmacy services.
You’ll contribute to the store’s healthcare department while completing your Dispenser training (NVQ Level 2). Daily tasks include:
- Building strong patient relationships
- Dispensing prescriptions safely (ordering, labelling, collecting medicines)
- Providing medicine advice and guidance
- Ensuring compliance with legal and clinical standards
This is a UK-based role only – remote applications and overseas candidates (without validated UK qualifications/Right to Work) will not be progressed.
Key Responsibilities

- Complete the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ Level 2 training programme.
- Ensure safe and accurate prescription dispensing, including ordering, labelling, and collection.
- Work alongside healthcare professionals to manage pharmacy services, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Offer patients personalised medicines support, including repeat procedures and adherence advice.
- Adapt to evolving digital pharmacy systems while maintaining patient safety.
- Develop broader healthcare expertise through regular training and career progression opportunities (e.g., Pharmacy Technician training or store leadership roles).

What You’ll Need
