Starting Salary: £31,725 (increasing to £41,787 after completing Class 2 licence)
Working Hours: Average of 48 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 (including Saturday work)

Trainee Driver Academy (TDA): This program is designed for individuals with a strong work ethic, who want to become a qualified LGV/HGV Driver.
What You’ll Do
While training you may be utilised in a 3.5T vehicle or learn on the job with a mentor showing you all aspects of the job.

After passing your theory and obtaining your Class 2 licence you will initially be driving a 7.5 Tonne vehicle for up to 8 weeks, so that you gain experience of driving an HGV vehicle.
After this period, you will then be assessed by one of our assessors in an HGV Class 2 vehicle, on successful completion of this you will be classed as a Reynolds qualified Class 2 Driver
Salary Progression
Basic salary of £31,725 during training. While gaining experience in a 7.5T vehicle, your salary will increase to £35,432 After being assessed in a 26T vehicle and once signed off, your salary will increase to £41,787.
