KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd are looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Trainee Endoscopic Sales Specialist.
About the Role
As a Trainee, this role provides an opportunity to develop sales skills and experience within the field of medical devices. You will contribute to the sales function within the team, gradually taking on increasingly complex responsibilities while progressing through a bespoke training programme.
The aim is to evolve and expand your expertise until you transition successfully to the following stage: Associate Sales Specialist.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Commit to progression through the Training Objectives Point system (TOP’s)
- Develop the ability to contribute effectively to the sales function of the Regional Team
- Assist with regional logistics, as and when required
- Upon completion of certification, take full responsibility for training customers on KSE equipment
- As part of the training journey, assume responsibilities for overseeing and supporting product demonstrations for customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Hold an Educated to Degree level (preferably in Human Science or Sports Science)
- Have commercial sales experience
- Demonstrate a practical working knowledge of the operating theatre environment
- Be organised, flexible, and results-driven
- Possess a Full UK driving licence
