Trainee Endoscopic Sales Specialist – South West
Location: Covering Woking, Guildford, Aldershot, Farnborough, Salisbury, Southampton, Portsmouth, and Horsham
To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd has a vacancy for a Trainee Endoscopic Sales Specialist.
About the Role
As a Trainee, you will develop your sales skills and experience in medical devices through active contribution to the sales function of the team. The programme is structured to provide hands-on experience, evolving in complexity as you progress through a bespoke training plan aimed at eventually transitioning to the next stage: Associate role.

Below are the key duties and responsibilities:
- Commit to progression through the Training Objectives Points (TOP’s) system
- Contribute to the sales operations of the Regional Team
- Assist with regional logistics as required
- Once certified, take responsibility for training customers on KSE equipment
- Progressively oversee and support product demonstrations as training develops
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Applicants should have:
- Degree-level education (preferably in Human Science or Sports Science)
- Sales experience
- A working knowledge of an operating theatre environment
- Be well-organised, flexible, and results-driven
- Hold a full UK driving licence
