Trainee Engineer

Trainee Engineer – Luton, Bedfordshire

£27,000 - £29,000 per annum (OTE £35,000+) + Training + Progression + Package

Type: Full Time Region: UK – East Location: Luton, Bedfordshire Start: IMMEDIATE

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting a regional patch for food processing equipment
  • Servicing, repairs, maintenance, and breakdown support for automated machinery (slicers, conveyors, weighers, etc.)
  • Participating in ongoing OEM-certified training to enhance technical competency
  • Develop towards senior field service engineer or product specialist roles

Note: Periodic overnight stays may be required for after-hours or out-of-area support.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Any electrical or mechanical background (apprentice or early-career welcome)
  • Attitude: Highly motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in collaboration
  • Location: Commutable to Luton/Milton Keynes
  • Licence: Full, valid UK driving licence required
