Your Daily Responsibilities as a Trainee Estate Agent
You’ll play a key role in:
- Building & maintaining strong relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords to ensure trust and high satisfaction.
- Qualifying buyers & tenants by understanding their needs and preferences, then designing tailored property viewings.
- Assessing mortgage & financial readiness, connecting clients with trusted solicitors and mortgage brokers.
- Managing conveyancing—coordinating surveys, solicitor follow-ups, and documentation to keep processes running smoothly.
- Oversight of tenant referencing—ensuring it’s completed efficiently and within tight deadlines.
