Your Day-to-Day as a Trainee Estate Agent
As a Trainee Estate Agent, your role will be integral to ensuring a seamless experience for buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Qualifying buyers and tenants to understand their motivations and preferences, delivering tailored property viewings.
- Assessing buyers’ financial positions and recommending trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Managing the conveyancing process, including:
- Initiating surveys
- Following up with solicitors
- Ensuring all documentation is completed on time
- Overseeing the referencing process for all tenants, completing it efficiently within the appropriate timeframe.
