Your Day-to-Day as a Trainee Estate Agent

As a Trainee Estate Agent, your role will be integral to ensuring a seamless experience for buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Qualifying buyers and tenants to understand their motivations and preferences, delivering tailored property viewings.
  • Assessing buyers’ financial positions and recommending trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors.
  • Managing the conveyancing process, including:
    • Initiating surveys
    • Following up with solicitors
    • Ensuring all documentation is completed on time
  • Overseeing the referencing process for all tenants, completing it efficiently within the appropriate timeframe.
