Your Daily Responsibilities
As a Trainee Estate Agent, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:

Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with:
- Buyers & tenants
- Sellers & landlords
- Ensuring high satisfaction and trust

Qualifying Buyers/Tenants Understanding needs and preferences to design tailored property viewings.

Mortgage & Legal Support Assessing buyers’ financial positions and recommending trusted mortgage brokers & solicitors.

Conveyancing & Tenancy Management Acting as a key liaison for:
- Survey initiation & property verification
- Solicitor follow-ups
- Timely completion of documentation
- Efficient referencing for tenants
