Your Daily Responsibilities

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:

  • Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with:

    • Buyers & tenants
    • Sellers & landlords
    • Ensuring high satisfaction and trust
  • Qualifying Buyers/Tenants Understanding needs and preferences to design tailored property viewings.

  • Mortgage & Legal Support Assessing buyers’ financial positions and recommending trusted mortgage brokers & solicitors.

  • Conveyancing & Tenancy Management Acting as a key liaison for:

    • Survey initiation & property verification
    • Solicitor follow-ups
    • Timely completion of documentation
    • Efficient referencing for tenants
