Trainee Estate Agent – OFSTED-Regulated Property Career Opportunity

What’s Expected of You?
Your Day-to-Day
As a Trainee Estate Agent, you’ll:
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords to ensure high customer satisfaction and trust.
- Thoroughly qualify buyers and tenants to understand their needs, then design tailored property viewings that align with their preferences.
- Assess buyers' financial positions and recommend trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Actively manage the conveyancing process, including:
- Initiating surveys
- Following up with solicitors
- Ensuring all documentation is completed on time.
- Oversee the referencing process for all tenants, ensuring it is completed efficiently within an appropriate timeline.
