Trainee Estate Agent – OFSTED-Regulated Property Career Opportunity

What’s Expected of You?

Your Day-to-Day

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you’ll:

  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords to ensure high customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Thoroughly qualify buyers and tenants to understand their needs, then design tailored property viewings that align with their preferences.
  • Assess buyers' financial positions and recommend trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors.
  • Actively manage the conveyancing process, including:
    • Initiating surveys
    • Following up with solicitors
    • Ensuring all documentation is completed on time.
  • Oversee the referencing process for all tenants, ensuring it is completed efficiently within an appropriate timeline.
