Location: Manchester Brand: LRG Salary: £27,000 OTE, Commission uncapped Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

About the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, LRG are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their dedicated team in Manchester. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the critical point of contact, ensuring clients receive the highest level of support and service. Your key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries
- Booking appointments and managing leads
- Providing product/service information
- Cross-selling and upselling additional LRG services

Key Responsibilities
- Outreach to existing and prospective clients to discuss LRG offerings
- Delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and fostering trust
- Processing online applications and converting them into appointments or branch leads
- Supporting the sales process by promoting LRG’s products and services, including:
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Working toward achieving manager-appointed KPIs
Requirements
LRG are looking for candidates with:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- The ability to educate customers on LRG’s full range of services
