What’s a Day Like as a Trainee Estate Agent?
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with:
- Buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords
- Focus on high satisfaction and trust
- Thoroughly qualify buyers and tenants to understand their:
- Motivation
- Preferences and needs
- Design tailored property viewings based on their requirements
- Help buyers assess financial positions and recommend:
- Trusted mortgage brokers
- Solicitors
- Actively manage the conveyancing process by:
- Arranging surveys
- Following up with solicitors
- Ensuring all documentation is completed on time
- Oversee tenant referencing to ensure efficiency within appropriate timelines
