Your Responsibilities as a Trainee Estate Agent
Client & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords
- Align personalised property viewings with client preferences
Financial & Process Guidance
- Assess buyers’ financial situations and recommend trusted mortgage brokers/solicitors
- Oversee conveyancing processes—surveys, solicitor coordination, and documentation
Tenant & Letting Operations
- Efficiently manage tenant referencing within agreed deadlines
